Automatic composite fastener from the Fermod 921 range, designed for professional coldroom door installations where the strike is supplied separately. Suitable for both overlapping and rebated coldroom doors, this fastener provides reliable closing and secure operation in commercial environments.

Installation Tips:

1. Remove the green rubber cap from the inner release handle.
2. Unscrew the inner release handle and remove the connecting push rod.
3. Using a 17mm socket with an extension bar, loosen the nut at the back of the external handle.
4. Remove the two slotted screws above and below the latch to release the handle from the door.
5. The brass fixing plate can be reused if desired.
6. To attach the handle, reverse the removal steps.
7. After installation, use an 8mm spanner to check and adjust the strike.
8. Ensure the door closes tightly without excessive pressure.
9. If the door doesn’t seal evenly, correct any twist by applying pressure with a wooden block.
