These Online Sales Terms apply to all orders placed via our website, by phone, or by email. They operate in conjunction with our Master Terms & Conditions of Trading (2026). Where these Online Sales Terms differ, they shall take precedence for online orders.

  1. Business-to-Business Sales
    All sales are conducted on a business-to-business basis unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. Consumer legislation relating to distance selling does not apply.
  2. Product Information
    Product descriptions, specifications and images are provided in good faith. Images are indicative only and may differ slightly from the supplied product. We reserve the right to amend product specifications without notice.
  3. Pricing and Payment
    All prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment in full is required prior to dispatch. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders in the event of pricing errors, stock availability issues or suspected misuse.
  4. Order Acceptance
    An order is deemed accepted once payment has been received or written confirmation has been issued. We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time prior to dispatch and refund any payment received.
  5. Delivery
    Delivery dates are estimates only. Risk passes to the customer upon delivery. Delays caused by couriers or third parties are outside our reasonable control and do not constitute grounds for cancellation.
  6. Inspection and Damage
    Goods must be inspected immediately upon receipt. Any shortages, transit damage or errors must be reported within 3 working days of delivery. Claims reported outside this period may not be accepted.
  7. Returns and Non-Returnable Items
    Returns are subject to prior approval. Goods must be unused, in original packaging and suitable for resale. The following items are non-returnable: cut-to-size PVC strip curtain material, heater mats, bespoke kits, special-order items and goods supplied specifically to order. Return carriage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless agreed otherwise in writing.
  8. Warranty
    Manufacturer warranties apply where applicable. Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, impact damage, unauthorised modification or normal wear and tear.
  9. Liability
    We exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss including loss of profit, loss of business or spoilage. Our total liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied.
  10. Data Protection
    Personal data is processed in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Full details are available in our Privacy Policy.
  11. Governing Law
    These Online Sales Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
  12. Acceptance
    By placing an order, you confirm acceptance of these Online Sales Terms together with our Master Terms & Conditions of Trading (2026).
