Right of Withdrawal
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to withdraw from most purchases made online within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. Use this form to notify us of your intention to withdraw.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to bespoke or made-to-order items. This includes custom-sized coldroom panels, made-to-order doors, and any goods that have been manufactured, cut, or modified to your specification. These items are excluded under Regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
