EU Right of Withdrawal

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to withdraw from most purchases made online within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. Use this form to notify us of your intention to withdraw.

Important — exclusions from the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to bespoke or made-to-order items, including goods cut to size, manufactured, or modified to your specification - such as door seals and strip curtains. These items are excluded under Regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
