Manual Track System for Lightweight Sliding Coldroom Doors
Manual sliding door track system designed for lightweight coldroom doors with a maximum door weight of 60kg and a minimum door thickness of 40mm. Suitable for use with Fermatic manual systems 2120, 2130, and 2150, which share the same fixing positions. Differences between systems are achieved through accessories and floor guiding components rather than the rail itself.
The track features a 15-micron anodised aluminium rail that conceals mechanical components for a clean, professional appearance. A dual roller system provides smooth and quiet door movement, while an integrated anti-derailment feature improves operational safety. The rail is compact, easy to install, and requires minimal maintenance.
Designed for demanding commercial environments, this system offers excellent corrosion resistance and complies with relevant European Directives and Standards. It is well suited for use in food production areas, kitchens, clean rooms, and supermarkets.
