Before you return

Unused items may be returned for a refund.

Please note that bespoke and made-to-order items and any goods manufactured or modified to your specification cannot be returned. Once the goods have been received and inspected, a refund will be processed to the original payment method for the value of the returned items.

Please ensure that all returned goods are in a resalable condition and include all parts originally supplied. Items that are incomplete, show signs of installation, fitting or use will be subject to a restocking charge or may be ineligable for a refund.

Some products including Rivacold Monoblocks and Shelving are supplied direct from the manufacturer and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
