Coldflex PVC Strip Curtain Kits for Coldrooms

Coldflex PVC strip curtain kits provide a practical and cost-effective solution for maintaining temperature control in walk-in coldrooms, chillers and freezers. Designed for commercial cold-store environments, they help reduce cold air loss while allowing easy pedestrian and trolley access.

What’s included:

• PVC strips: 200mm x 2mm PVC strips, 100% phthalate free
• Hanging rail: 201-grade stainless-steel hanging rail (984mm or 1230mm depending on kit; some kits include a part rail)
• Hanging plates: stainless-steel plates fitted to each strip for strength and easy installation
• Fixings: 1 pack of self-drilling PH2 screws, plus PH2 driver bit
• Strip overlap: approximately 40–50mm overlap on each side to improve insulation and efficiency

Temperature suitability:

• Freezer strip curtains (low temperature): softer PVC designed for negative temperatures; may stick together if used in positive temperatures
• Chiller strip curtains (standard temperature): firmer PVC designed for positive temperatures; not suitable for negative temperatures as they may become brittle and crack
